<p><b>NOW HIRING — LINE COOK / PREP COOK<br /></b>The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill — Mount Pleasant, SC<br />We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook / Prep</p><p><b>Join our busy Mount Pleasant location!</b></p><p><b>$18/hour + TIPS<br /></b>- PAID BREAKS<br />- PAID TRAINING<br />-  FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE<br />-  WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED</p><p><b>Responsibilities include:<br /></b>• Prepare and cook food according to Great Greek recipes and standards<br />• Work efficiently on the hot/cold line during busy service<br />• Complete daily food prep, including vegetables, sauces, proteins, salads and other<br />ingredients<br />• Maintain proper portioning, presentation and food quality<br />• Set up and stock the line and prep stations before service<br />• Monitor food temperatures and follow food-safety and sanitation standards<br />• Properly store, label and rotate food using FIFO<br />• Keep kitchen, prep areas, equipment and workstations clean and organized<br />• Assist with receiving, storing and organizing deliveries<br />• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team<br />• Help maintain a fast, clean and organized kitchen throughout the entire shift</p><p>Join a team that values hard work, great food and great people!</p> <p><b>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:<br /></b>✔️ Restaurant kitchen experience preferred<br />✔️ Strong work ethic and positive attitude<br />✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<br />✔️ Dependable and punctual<br />✔️ Team player with attention to detail<br />✔️ Must be available to work weekends</p>
